Easy to get Over the Ex

Breaking Up Hurts.
No one wants it, but when there is no other possible ways, it could also be the best way. We cannot live in suffer all the time, right?
We don't want to see something wrong happen to us all the time, do we?
No matter what the cause is, breaking up is always hurting. It's not easy to get over someone we love. The happy memories we share stick in our mind. The face of him/her is not easy to go away from the dreams.

However, guys, life must go on. Psychoterapists said, "You will live through this. Time trully does heal all wounds. But there's no reason to just wait, when you can speed things along and feel better sooner."
Meanwhile another psychoterapists said,'There are many ways to hasten the healing process. A little harmless revenge can begood for the soul.'
So, here are some lists that might be of use to get over someone we love after he/she said "it's all over" :
a. Take the money you would have spent on his/her birthday, and buy yourself a treat. Instead of trying to buy something for someone we used to love, it's better for us to start spoiling ourselves. We do need it for this hard time, don't we? Buy something that you really want. In fact, buy something that you don't want to buy!

b. Send yourself a love letter. It's rather stupid, isn't it? But we can do it to get over him/her. How? Mention all the terrific things about yourself he/she was too dumb to appreciate. It will remind you of how stupid he/she was about something that you are good at.

c. Buy yourself a very special dress (for girls) or the best shirt (for boys). Then, wear it and try to show him/her or their friends. make sure that they see the new, improved you. Looking good is the best revenge of all.

d. Indulge in all the things he/she hated. You must have known well something that he/she hated, right?
For girls, if he used to say "No", when you asked him to have ice cream (he didn't want to see you gaining weight), then start having ice cream.

e. Start a diary! For men, I'm sorry that it's better for you to have a diary when the situation ask you to. It's great therapy, you can write down feelings you'd never confess before.

f. Start joining clubs. Be active, of course. In the clubs, hopefully, you will meet many people. make friends with them. Who knows one of them is the best for you to live with.

Those hints, hopefully, can help you get over someone you love. You cannot leave yourself in a mess all the time. Start a new life without him/her. By the way, your best ally is a sense of humour. It is impossible to laugh and feel heartbroken at the same time. So, by always being happy will also help you maintain sense of perspective.
